How to receive an ITC Conference Grant?

Phase I: Application

  1. (1) Download and fill the application document (Template).
  2. (2) Create an e-COST account here.
  3. (3) Encode a Conference Grant Application by logging into e-COST, click on the ITC Conference Grants tab and filling the form.
  4. (4) E-mail both, a copy of the e-COST submission and the application document (template) to the STSM Coordinator Pedro Haro.

Phase II: Evaluation and notification

The evaluation of each received Conference Grant application is performed by the Action’s STSM Coordinator Pedro Haro and requires approval by the WG Leader. The selection of successful applicants is done in consideration of the scientific scope of the proposed mission and how the mission can support the Action in achieving its scientific objectives. The notification to the applicant receives a notification on the evaluation results via e-COST.

Phase III: After the conference

  1. (1) Submitting the Conference Grant Report via e-COST. The report has to be submitted asap but no later than 30 days from the end of the participation in the conference. Otherwise, the Grant will be cancelled).
  2. (2) The STSM Coordinator Pedro Haro approves/rejects the scientific report.
  3. (3) The Grant Holder Claudia Klapproth makes the payment of the Grant.
